Honestli collects honest feedback and then makes it usable. People answer a topic without their name attached, and the platform summarises what came back, tracks sentiment across the responses, and shows how answers were distributed — so the signal survives the anonymity.

Open a topic to anyone with the link, or keep it to an invited group.
Whole-topic summaries
A written summary of what came back, drawn across every response to the topic rather than one at a time.
Sentiment at a glance
Positive, neutral, and critical counts on every topic, so the tone of a set of responses is visible before you read a word of it.
Structured questions
Multiple-choice questions alongside open responses, with the distribution of answers shown against each option.
Where It Came From
Honestli was not a side project. It came out of two things we kept running into on client engagements, which turned out to be one problem.
People would not say what they thought
On some of the more dysfunctional teams we worked with, the information the team most needed was the information it was least able to surface. At worst, people feared for their jobs. Far more often they simply did not want to lose favour with a manager. Either way, the feedback that reached the top was whatever had been safe to give.
Best practice needed somewhere to live
We needed to demonstrate a range of engineering and product practices across a whole product, end to end, rather than in fragments spread across client codebases we are not free to show anyone. Building and running our own product is the only honest way to do that.
Those two became one product. And while we first saw the problem inside pharmaceutical organizations, it is not remotely specific to them — Honestli is built for any company, and for individuals.
Who It’s For
Any team where the honest answer and the safe answer are different things — which is most teams. Honestli is used by companies and by individuals, inside life sciences and well outside it.
